Ingredients
½ cup gluten free rolled oats
½ cup non-dairy milk
½ cup water

2 tablespoons P.S. Snacks Banana Cream Instant Pudding
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ banana, sliced
1 tablespoon walnuts or pecans
1-2 tablespoons granola
Directions
Prepare the oatmeal by combining the oats with the non-dairy milk and water in a bowl and microwave for ~2 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and immediately stir in the Banana Cream Instant Pudding powder and cinnamon.
Top with sliced banana, nuts and granola!
For Overnight Oats
Combine the oats, non-dairy milk, water, pudding powder and cinnamon and store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator over night.
Top with sliced banana, nuts and granola!
