1 package Vanilla Bean Instant Pudding
1 cup almond flour
⅓ cup ghee (or coconut oil), melted
⅓ cup maple syrup (or honey)
⅓ cup non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup chocolate chips (or any of your favorite mix-ins)
Combine the instant pudding with the almond flour, ghee, maple syrup, non-dairy milk and vanilla extract using a handheld mixer, spatula or food processor.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Serve as a dip!
