- 2 3 oz. cups Fudge Brownie Cookie Dough
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut (or regular shredded)
In a bowl, mix together Cookie Dough, coconut flour, and honey. Roll the mixture into balls and freeze for 30 minutes. While the mixture freezes, melt the chocolate. Roll the truffles into the melted chocolate and top with toasted coconut. Store in the freezer.
