Chocolate PB Cream Cheese Frosting

INGREDIENTS

•  1 package cream cheese (for non-dairy: used plant-based cream cheese, we like Spero Chocolate Cream Cheese)

•  1 portion cup P.S. Snacks Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

•  ½ cup powdered monk fruit sweetener (can sub regular powdered sugar)

•  2 tbsp peanut butter powder

•  1 tbsp cocoa powder


DIRECTIONS

Use a food processor or handheld mixer to combine the cream cheese with the Cookie Dough, powdered sweetener and peanut butter powder until smooth. Use as a frosting!
