- 1 banana
- 1 3 oz. cup P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough
- 1/2 cup crushed up gluten-free cookies (we love Simple Mills)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Slice the banana into half inch pieces. Place 1 teaspoon of Cookie Dough in between two banana slices. Dip one side of the banana in maple syrup and then roll into the crushed cookies.
