• 2 Cookie Dough cups, any flavor
• ¼ cup coconut flour
• 1 tbsp + 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
• ¼ tsp almond extract
• ½ cup chocolate chips
Mix the Cookie Dough with the coconut flour, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, almond extract and sprinkles.
Roll the mixture into balls. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.
After an hour, melt the 1 tsp coconut oil with the chocolate chips.
To coat: remove the cake balls from the freezer. Dip the top of a lollipop/cake pop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert into the center (halfway through) of the cake ball. Next, dip the ball into the melted chocolate until covered. Repeat!
Refrigerate the cake balls in an air tight container & enjoy!
