Cookie Dough Cake Pops

INGREDIENTS

• 2 Cookie Dough cups, any flavor⁣

 ¼ cup coconut flour ⁣

1 tbsp + 1 tsp coconut oil, melted⁣

¼ tsp almond extract ⁣

Sprinkles!⁣

½ cup chocolate chips⁣

 


DIRECTIONS

 

⁣Mix the Cookie Dough with the coconut flour, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, almond extract and sprinkles. ⁣

⁣Roll the mixture into balls. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour. ⁣

⁣After an hour, melt the 1 tsp coconut oil with the chocolate chips. ⁣

⁣To coat: remove the cake balls from the freezer. Dip the top of a lollipop/cake pop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert into the center (halfway through) of the cake ball. Next, dip the ball into the melted chocolate until covered. Repeat!⁣

⁣Refrigerate the cake balls in an air tight container & enjoy!
