- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds
- 1 (3oz) cup P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough, any flavor
- Toppings of choice
In a bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, milk, unsweetened coconut, and half of the Cookie Dough. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and whisk after ten minutes to break up any chunks. Let the chia mixture stay in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours (or you can chill overnight).
Top with the other half of Cookie Dough and add your favorite toppings!
