Cookie Dough Choco Tacos


• 8 Siete Almond Flour Tortillas

• 1 portion cup P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough

• 1 chocolate bar (we like Hu Kitchen or Eating Evolved)

• 1/2 cup granola

• 1 cup berries

• almond butter, for drizzling



Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Once pre-heated, take two tortillas, place them around each other, then span two spines of the oven rack with the two tortillas. Repeat to make 4 chocos. 

Bake for 3-7 minutes, until the tortillas are slightly golden and crispy. While the tortillas bake, melt the chocolate (in the microwave or double boiler).

Take your taco shells out of the oven and place them on a baking sheet. Fill each with 4 tablespoons of cookie dough, granola and berries. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and almond butter. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
