- 1.5 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 (3oz) cup Cookie Dough, any flavor
- ¼ cup honey (can substitute maple or agave)
- ¼ cup peanut butter
Preheat the oven 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together oats and baking soda.
In a smaller bowl, mix the egg, cookie dough, honey, and peanut butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix. Form the dough into cookies and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Optional: sandwich more Cookie Dough in between!
