• 2 3 oz. portion cups P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough
• 1/2 cup quinoa crisps
• 1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate bar equivalent (we like Hu Chocolate)
• 1 teaspoon coconut oil
In a bowl, mix together the Cookie Dough and quinoa crisps. Press flat into an 8x8 inch pan. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together by 30 second increments in microwave (or on the stovetop) until completely melted. Add the melted chocolate to the top of the Cookie Dough crisp mixture and freeze for at least one hour.
Store in fridge or freezer!
