- 1 3 oz. portion cup P.S. Snacks Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
- 2 tbsp. almond flour
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 c. chocolate chips or paleo chocolate bar equivalent
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
Mix together the Cookie Dough, almond flour, and peanut butter. Form into 'egg' shapes and freeze for one hour.
After one hour of freezing, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Dip the Cookie Dough eggs in the melted chocolate until completely coated, then freeze for 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
