Cookie Dough Energy Balls
  • 1 portion cup P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup honey, agave or maple syrup to sweeten
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)

Mix the Cookie Dough, oats, sweetener and peanut butter in a large bowl until combined fully. Stir in the nuts. Use your hands to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. Place on parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
