Cookie Dough Energy Balls

  • 1 - 3oz portion cups P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough
  • 1.5 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup honey, agave or maple syrup to sweeten
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • melted chocolate drizzle (we like Hu Kitchen or Eating Evolved)

Mix the Cookie Dough, oats, sweetener and peanut butter in a large bowl until combined fully. Use your hands to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. Place on parchment paper. Drizzle with chocolate. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
