Cookie Dough Freezer Fudge

• 2 portion cups P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough

• ½ cup pitted Medjool dates

• ¼ cup peanut butter

• ¼ cup almond flour

• pinch of sea salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until completely combined (you may need to add some sprinkles of water) -- the dough should gather in a ball around the blade.

Remove the dough from the food processor and transfer to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten onto the pan, and place in the freezer for an hour.

Once frozen, cut the fudge into squares. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
