Cookie Dough Ganache


• 1 paleo chocolate bar (we like Hu Kitchen or Eating Evolved)

• 1 can coconut milk, full fat

• ½ cup cocoa powder

• 1 cup P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough



Melt the chocolate bar on the stove top or in the microwave for 30 second increments. Once melted, transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the coconut milk, cocoa powder and Cookie Dough and whip (using a handheld mixture or spatula) until smooth.

Use as a frosting, dip or spread. Store in the refrigerator.
