Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt Bark


• 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt 

• 1 tablespoon honey, agave or maple syrup

• 2 tablespoons cacao nibs or chocolate chips

• ¼ cup goji berries

• 1 portion cup P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough

• Any additional toppings (granola, coconut, etc.)



Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt and liquid sweetener of choice. Spread the yogurt on the baking sheet and sprinkle toppings. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour before breaking in to pieces and eating.
