INGREDIENTS
• 8 portion cups P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough (can mix & match flavors)
• 1 pint dairy free ice cream
DIRECTIONS
Line a small baking dish with parchment paper. Spread 4 cups of cookie dough flat. Freeze for at least an hour.
Once frozen, slightly thaw the ice cream & top the cookie dough layer with the full pint of ice cream. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, then remove and spread the remaining 4 cups of cookie dough.
Freeze, then cut into squares!
