Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup rolled or quick oats
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon shredded, unsweetened coconut 
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Cookie Dough
  • 1-2 tablespoons granola
  • handful of fresh raspberries

Mix the oats, milk, chia seeds, nut butter, coconut and maple syrup together and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (we recommend overnight). Top with cookie dough, granola and raspberries!
