• 4 P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough portion cups
• 5 medjool dates, pitted
• ⅔ cup oat flour
• ⅓ cup flaxseed meal
• ½ cup plant-based protein powder
• 2 tbsp + 2 tsp coconut oil, melted
• ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
Add the Cookie Dough, dates, oat flour, flaxseed, protein powder and 2 tbsp melted coconut oil to a food processor and blend to combine. Transfer the mixture to a parchment paper-lined loaf pan. Freeze for 30 mins.
While the mixture freezes, melt the 2 tsp coconut oil with the chocolate chips. Remove the loaf plan and drizzle with the melted chocolate. Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens then cut into bars! Store in the refrigerator in an air tight container.
