Cookie Dough Shortbread Bars

INGREDIENTS

Crust:

• 1 ½ cups almond flour

• ¼ cup coconut flour

• ¼ cup maple syrup

• ⅓ cup coconut oil 

• 1 tsp. vanilla

• ¼ tsp. salt 

Layer 2: 

• 4 portion cups P.S. Snacks Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

Layer 3:

• 1 cup chocolate chips, melted

 


DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or nonstick spray.⁣
In a bowl, mix together all of your crust ingredients until well combined.⁣ Press into the bottom of the 8×8 baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.⁣ Let crust cool completely.⁣

Once cooled, spread cookie dough on top. Freeze for 30 minutes.⁣

After 30 minutes, spread melted chocolate on top. Place in fridge for 30 minutes.⁣ Sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Cut and serve. Store in the fridge!
