- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 2 3-oz portion cups P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough (peanut butter flavor is perfect here!)
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped.
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chocolate bar, melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil
In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour, peanut butter, honey, and almond milk. Flatten onto parchment paper and form a rectangle until dough is 1/4 inch thick. Freeze for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes spread two portion cups of Cookie Dough on top. Press peanuts into top of dough and freeze again for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil in microwave until fully melted. Take layered Cookie Dough mixture out of freezer and cut into bars. Drizzle with melted chocolate and then place back in freezer for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
