Cookie Dough Truffles


• 3 portion cups P.S. Snacks Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

• 1 tablespoon peanut butter

• 1 tablespoon maple syrup

• 2 tablespoons almond flour

• 1/2 cup chocolate (we like Hu Kitchen or Eating Evolved), melted 


 In a bowl, stir together the cookie dough, peanut butter, maple syrup and almond flour. Roll into bite-sized balls and let freeze for at least an hour.

Once frozen, dip the balls of dough into the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
