Cookies N Cream Protein Bars
4 portion cups P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough (we like Chocolate Chip or Fudge Brownie for this!)
1 cup oat flour
6 Catalina Crunch Keto Sandwich Cookies (or any cookie alternative), crushed
½ cup vanilla plant-based protein powder
¼ cup chocolate chips
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp honey
P.S. Snacks Ingredient
Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
In a separate small bowl, combine the Cookie Dough with the melted coconut oil and honey until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and mix into well-combined (you can also use a food processor). Stir in the crushed cookies and chocolate chips.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a parchment paper-lined loaf pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Once the mixture solidifies and sets, cut into bars!
