- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Toppings of choice:
- 1 3 oz. container cookie dough
- Dried Cranberries
- Eating Evolved dark chocolate
Over low heat, add oats, almond milk, maple syrup and salt to a saucepan. Bring to a boil then turn off the heat. Continue stirring the oatmeal until all of the liquid is absorbed.
Serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings of choice!
