Double Fudge Brownie Sundae

For the paleo brownies:

  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

For the sundae:

  • 1 3 oz cup Fudge Brownie Cookie Dough
  • Whipped coconut cream
  • Toppings of choice


Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and vanilla. In a separate small bowl, stir together flour, cacao powder, baking soda and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to wet, stirring until fully combined. Pour the batter into prepared dish and bake for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.


Serve warm with Fudge Brownie Cookie Dough and desired toppings!

Store brownies in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
