Ingredients
¾ cup oat flour

½ cup Chocolate Instant Pudding
¼ cup chocolate plant protein powder
½ cup drippy nut butter
⅓ cup honey
1-2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup white chocolate chips (we like Lily's)
¾ cup oat flour

½ cup Vanilla Bean Instant Pudding
¼ cup vanilla plant protein powder
½ cup drippy nut butter
⅓ cup honey
1-2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup Bites, chopped
¼ cup candy of choice
¼ cup walnuts
For White Chocolate Brownie Version:
For Candy Bar Version:
Directions
Mix together the oat flour, pudding powder and protein powder in a large bowl.
Add in the nut butter, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix until well-combined (use your hands if need be, it will be thick!). Add additional coconut oil if the dough feels too dry (1-2 tsp at a time).
For the White Chocolate Brownie Version: Stir in (or use your hands) the white chocolate chips.
For the Candy Bar Version: Stir in (or use your hands) the bites, candy and walnuts.
Press into a parchment paper-lined loaf pan.
Let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then cut into 8 bars!
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
