• ½ cup almond butter
• ½ cup dark chocolate chips (or bar)
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• Pinch sea salt
• 2 Fudge Brownie Cookie Dough cups
• ½ cup flax seed
• 2 cups cereal
Add the almond butter, chocolate chips, coconut oil, vanilla and sea salt to a small saucepan and heat on medium-low, stirring frequently until the chocolate chips melt. Remove from the heat, and stir in the Fudge Brownie Cookie Dough until smooth.
Add the flax seed and cereal into a large mixing bowl. Pour in the Cookie Dough mixture and stir to combine. Firmly press the mixture into a parchment paper-lined loaf pan. Refrigerate or freeze to harden, then cut into bars! Store in the refrigerator.
