Gingerbread Oatmeal


• 1 cup rolled oats

• 1 cup non-dairy milk

• 1 teaspoon ginger, ground

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

• ⅛ teaspoon allspice

• ⅛ teaspoon cloves

• 2 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped

• ¼ cup raisins

• 2 tablespoons molasses

• 1 portion cup P.S. Snacks Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough



Place the oats, non-dairy milk, ginger, cinnamon, allspice and cloves into a medium pot on medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the oats reach your desired thickness. Remove from the heat and stir in the dates, raisins, molasses and Cookie Dough. Makes 2-3 servings. Enjoy hot or chilled overnight!
