Mini Cookie Dough Peanut Butter Cups
2 cups chocolate chips (dark, white), melted
1 portion cup PS Snacks Peanut Butter Dough
½ cup peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp peanut butter powder (can sub with oat or coconut flour)
mini cupcake liners
Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of chocolate in the bottom of each mini cupcake liner. Place in the freezer.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough, peanut butter, honey and peanut flour.
Remove the cups from the freezer and add1 to 2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
Cover each cup with additional chocolate and smooth out the top.
Refrigerate for ~1 hour until the chocolate hardens!
