Ingredients
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 frozen banana

2 tbsp Vanilla Bean Instant Pudding Mix
1 cup spinach
1 serving vanilla plant protein
1 tsp spirulina or chlorella powder
½ tsp peppermint extract

1-2 gluten free sandwich cookies (we like Catalina Crunch) or substitute Bites, chocolate chips!
Directions
Blend the ingredients until smooth!
