No-Bake Brownie Bars

INGREDIENTS

• 8 Medjool dates, pitted

• 2 portion cups Fudge Brownie Cookie Dough

• ¼ cocoa powder

• ½ cup coconut (or can sub with walnuts)


DIRECTIONS

Combine the ingredients in a food processor. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment paper-lined  baking or loaf pan. Refrigerate for ~30 minutes, then cut into squares. Store in an air-tight container.
