No Bake Chocolate Tahini Brownies

Ingredients
3/4 cup tahini

1 package Chocolate Instant Pudding
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Salt
For the Brownie Base:
For the Chocolate Layer:
Directions
To Make the Brownie Layer:
Mix the tahini, instant pudding, maple syrup and vanilla using a spatula, handheld mixer or food processor.
Press onto the bottom of a parchment-paper lined loaf pan.
To Make the Chocolate Layer:
Whisk the melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
Pour over the brownie layer and sprinkle with sea salt.
To Set:
Refrigerate to let the mixture harden, then slice into 16 bars.
