Peanut Butter Blossoms
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 package Vanilla Bean Instant Pudding
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup coconut oil or ghee, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
16 Hershey's kisses
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, pudding powder, baking powder, peanut butter, melted oil and maple syrup and stir to combine.
Add in the egg and mix fully.
Drop the cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto a parchment-paper lined cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
Press 1 Hershey's kiss to the center of each cookie.
Remove the cookies from the sheet to a cooling rack.
