Pecan Pie Cookie Dough Bites

  • 1 3 oz cup Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup pecans
  • 1 cup dates
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


Blend the Cookie Dough, oats, pecans, dates, salt and spices in a food processor until a ball of dough forms. Refrigerate for the dough for at least 30 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and roll the dough into small bite-sized balls.

Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
