Pecan Pie Pops


• 1 cup pecans, chopped

• ½ cup coconut or oat flour

• 3 portion cups PS Snacks Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

• 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

• 2 tbsp honey

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• ½ tsp ginger

• ¼ tsp nutmeg 

• 1 cup (white) chocolate chips, melted 

• Cake pop sticks



Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Shape the dough into 10-12 balls and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour. ⁣⁣After an hour, melt the chocolate chips. ⁣To coat: remove the balls from the freezer. Dip the top of a cake pop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert into the center (halfway through) of each ball. Next, dip each ball into the melted chocolate until covered. ⁣Refrigerate in an air tight container & enjoy!
