Peppermint Crunch Bark

• 2 cups (dark) chocolate chips, melted

• ¼ tsp peppermint extract

• 2 cups puffed quinoa

• 3 portion cups P.S. Snacks Fudge Brownie Cookie Dough

• ½ cup (white) chocolate chips, melted

• candy canes, crushed



Add the melted dark chocolate to a mixing bowl and stir in the peppermint extract with a spatula until smooth. Stir in the puffed quinoa. Spread the chocolate-quinoa mixture in a ~½ inch layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Remove the chocolate-quinoa layer from the refrigerator and spread an even layer of Fudge Brownie Cookie Dough. Drizzle with the melted white chocolate and sprinkle the crushed candy canes. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes, then separate the bark from the parchment paper and break into pieces. Store in the fridge!
