• 2 cups light popcorn
• 1 cup gluten free pretzels, crushed
• 5 Medjool dates, pitted
• 3/4 cup (12 oz.) P.S. Snacks Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
• 1 bar Hu Kitchen Salty Dark Chocolate, chopped
Add all ingredients (except for the chocolate bar) to a food processor and pulse until blended. Remove from the food processor and shape into bite-sized balls. Place in the freezer to harden.
Melt the chocolate bar in a double boiler: add 2 inches of water to a small pot and bring to a very gentle simmer. Place a heat-safe bowl on top of the pot, but do not let the bottom of the bowl touching the water. Add the chopped chocolate to the bowl and stir occasionally with a spatula until melted.
Remove the bites from the freezer and drizzle with the melted chocolate. Store in the freezer.
