• 1 12-ounce container P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough
• 1/2 cup Whole Foods Mighty Omega 3 Trail Mix
• 1/2 cup almond flour or plant-based protein powder of choice
• 1/2 cup Medjool dates, pitted
• 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until fully blended -- you may need to sprinkle some water to help with the blending. The dough should form a ball around the blade. Remove from the food processor and use your hands to shape into bite-sized balls. Place on parchment paper and freeze for an hour. Transfer to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
