• 3 portion cups P.S. Snacks Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough
• ½ cup cashew butter (sub with any nut butter)
• ½ cup oat flour
• ½ cup plant-based protein powder
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
Mix the Cookie Dough with the nut butter, oat flour, protein powder and maple syrup until well-combined. Press into a small parchment-paper lined baking square. Refrigerate or freeze until the mixture hardens then cut into 4 bars.
