Trail Mix Cookies


• 1 cup unsweetened applesauce

• 1 cup nut butter 

• 1/2 cup maple syrup

• 1 cup Whole Foods Mighty Omega 3 Trail Mix (or any healthy trail mix substitute)

• 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

• 3/4 cup (12 oz.) P.S. Snacks Fudge Brownie Cookie Dough

• 1 cup oats

• optional: add extra chocolate chips



Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 

Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir until smooth.

Lightly coat a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Scoop large spoonfuls of the batter onto the cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove and cool completely, then store in an air-tight container.
