How is the cookie dough shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, your P.S. Snacks package will be delivered overnight (weekdays only) via FedEx or Ontrac, depending on your location*. You will receive a receipt, then a confirmation once your cookie dough is shipped. Remember, these products are perishable, so if you are not available to receive the package accordingly, you may want to hold off. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.
*If you are located in the Western half of the USA, your order will ship out on Wednesdays.
How can I track my P.S. Snacks order?

I'm confused, isn't cookie dough bad to eat raw?
Not anymore!! Not only is our cookie dough egg and grain (therefore salmonella & e. Coli) free, it’s actually made with chickpeas & intended to enjoy raw.

How are you supposed to eat this cookie dough?
Grab a spoon and dig in! Our cookie dough is ready-to-eat and makes a perfect healthy snack, anytime of day. We also love using our dough as a peanut or almond butter substitute, or as a delicious topping, mix-in or frosting. Recipe and usage inspiration here.

Where will I find P.S. Snacks in stores?
You can find our cookie dough in the refrigerated fresh set! This tends to vary by store, but we’re typically near the Perfect Bar, yogurt or refrigerated doughs/pudding.
But I don't see it in Whole Foods in California?
Trust us, the struggle is real. We're working on it! Thank you in advance for your patience, we're behind the scenes making it happen. We may be small but we are mighty! In the meantime, West Coast friends can order online.

Can you bake this cookie dough?
Not recommended, go ahead and grab a spoon – we encourage eating it raw as is, or try enjoying it:
- Substituted for almond/peanut butter
- Blended in smoothies & shakes
- Topped on your breakfast bowls
- Mixed into oatmeal
- Paired with ice cream
How should I store your product?
You can store it frozen for up to a year! Otherwise, keep fresh in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks (42 days) from the time it defrosts.
What happens if my dough is frozen?
You're in luck, it will last even longer! If you receive your cookie dough frozen, you can stick it back in the freezer to extend its shelf life (1 year), or defrost the dough in the refrigerator and enjoy within 6 weeks!
The cookie dough contains beans?
Yes, chickpea puree is the first ingredient in our cookie dough!
Is the cookie dough gluten free?
Yes, founder Nikki created the cookie dough when she found out she had a gluten allergy! We are not yet certified GF but all of our products are gluten free – we test every batch for gluten contamination, and our product does not leave the facility until we confirm it is gluten free.
Is the cookie dough vegan?
Yes, all three flavors of our cookie dough are 100% vegan and vegetarian, as we do not use eggs or dairy, and our chocolate chips are organic, vegan and fair-trade. No animal byproducts whatsoever!
Does the cookie dough contain nuts?
Our Chocolate Chip & Fudge Brownie cookie dough flavors contain almonds & coconut.
Our Peanut Butter flavor contains peanuts, almonds & coconut.
We do manufacture our products in a facility that works with nuts.
What sweetener do you use?
Organic coconut sugar! <10g added sugar in each cup.

No, but we use many organic ingredients & are proudly Non-GMO Project verified.
Does the cookie dough need to be refrigerated?
Yes, it does. Our first ingredient will always be a real, whole food (perishable) ingredient, which means we need our products to stay as fresh as possible in the fridge!
Where is the expiration date on your products?
Because our product is stored frozen, the expiration date varies depending on the date the cookie dough is thawed. Once transferred from the freezer to the refrigerator, our cookie dough has a 6-week (or 42-day) shelf life.
Do you offer free shipping?
Finally, yes! If you order two or more cases (12 units per case), you will earn free shipping on your order.
Ugh, my cookie dough arrived broken?
Ugh is right, frustrating for us, too! We're constantly working on supply chain improvements, but since shipping is out of our control this can sometimes happen. No fret! Just send a picture + refund request to email@example.com and you will be refunded in no time. Thank you for your understanding.
I don't really like it... can I return it?
Sorry to hear that, it's not for everyone! Always happy to hear feedback though, so don't feel shy reaching out. Unfortunately we are not accepting returns, and can only refund damaged items.
