Ingredients

3 portion cups Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
½ cup vanilla plant-based protein powder
2 tbsp ghee, melted
2 tbsp oat flour
¼ tsp almond extract
sprinkles
optional: +/- ½ cup white chocolate for drizzling/coating
Directions
Combine the Cookie Dough with the protein powder, melted ghee, oat flour, almond extract and sprinkles until well combined.
Roll the dough into 6 balls and place on parchment paper.
Freeze for about 30 minutes. Just before removing from the freezer, melt the white chocolate.
Dip or drizzle the bites with the white chocolate, then top with additional sprinkles!
