Cookie Dough Date Truffles
2 cups Cookie Dough, any flavor
8 Medjool dates, pitted
½ cup (dark, white, milk) chocolate chips, melted
Stuff each pitted date with the Cookie Dough and place on parchment paper.
Drizzle with the melted chocolate.
Refrigerate for ~15 minutes so the chocolate hardens, then transfer the dates to an air-tight container.
Store in the refrigerator!
